- Navigate to My Meetings: From the dashboard, view your available rooms in the "My Meetings" section.
- Access the Desired Room: In the "Video Session" category, select the room you wish to enter by clicking the "Join" icon. Alternatively, copy the room link to share with participants for easy access.
- A/V Preview Window: Upon clicking "Join," you'll be directed to the Audio/Video (A/V) preview window, where several settings require your attention:
- Review Your Name: Ensure your name is displayed accurately, as per the profile settings.
- Select Spoken Language: Choose the language you will be speaking during the meeting (e.g., if you will be speaking in English, select English).
- Choose Caption and Chat Language: Determine the language you wish to read captions and chat. This may be your preferred reading language (e.g., English for reading captions and chat messages in English).
- Auto Translation: This feature is activated by default, providing real-time translation for easy communication across languages.
- Validate Your A/V Settings: Before joining, verify that:
- Camera (Cam) Settings: Ensure your video is clear and stable in the preview.
- Microphone (Mic) Settings: Confirm the mic is operational, denoted by the activation bar response to your voice.
- Join the Meeting: Click "Join" to enter the room and commence your multilingual meeting experience.
