Managing the Options Bar (Located Under the Video Canvas):
- Audio Controls:
- Mute Participants: Click on the small arrow in the microphone icon to mute participants.
- Mute Self: Click on the microphone icon to mute/unmute yourself.
- Video Controls:
- Toggle your camera on/off with the camera icon.
- Screen Sharing:
- Share your screen in three different modes: Entire Desk, Window, or Browser Web Tab.
- Caption (CC) Icon:
- Set or modify your spoken language.
- Choose or alter the Caption & Chat Language.
- Activate/deactivate the Live Transcript and Auto Translate features.
- Decide on the number of lines displayed for captions and select the Subtitles Mode (Public Speaking or Meeting) based on display style preference.
- Recording:
- Utilize the recording icon to start/stop recording the session.
- Banner Icon:
- Display a clickable message banner during the meeting.
- Settings Icon:
- Adjust Audio and Video devices.
- Set up banners and caption sizes.
Navigating the Right-Side Panel:

Engage with the Chat, Live Transcription, and Attendees view via the panel on the right side of your screen.
Quick Access in the Upper Right Corner:
- Copy Meeting Link: Quickly share your meeting link with others by copying it via the link icon.
- Video View Options: Choose your preferred video view – Active Speaker or Gallery.
