Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Leal holds a Systems Engineering Degree, a Master in Business from The Marriott School of Business, and Executive Education from the Kellogg School of Management, Stanford University, and MIT. From 2006 to 2007, Mr. Leal worked at Deloitte & Touche. From 2007 to 2014, Mr. Leal worked as Station Manager at BYU Broadcasting, where he developed viable businesses in more than 20 countries, built products that have been distributed to over 55M cellphones, and to approximately 39M pay TV viewers; and translated over 15,000 hours of content in multiple languages. During this time, Mr. Leal earned 27 nominations and 9 regional EMMY's. From 2014 to 2021, Mr. Leal served as General Manager and Director of Global Initiatives at Deseret Management Corporation. Mr. Leal led the development of one of the largest digital publishers achieving more than 256M social media followers and over 4 Billion monthly impressions. Mr. Leal has served on multiple advisory boards, including Oracle cloud USA CAB, Ad Council, Leadership Council, and The Leonardo, Museum of Creativity & Innovation. During his career, Mr. Leal has done business transactions with Matel, Coca-Cola, Sony Entertainment, McDonalds, Rovio, Lionsgate, Universal Pictures, ABC, NBC, Target, and Disney.
Rowland Day
President and Founder
Mr. Day has been a practicing corporate/securities lawyer for over 40 years. Mr Day has been a director of many private and public companies and a first-round investor in many early development companies including National TechTeam, Far West Ventures, EuroFund, Predictive Systems, Xcorporeal, Hythiam, RE3W Worldwide and Restaurants on the Run. Mr. Day has represented many domestic and multi-national companies throughout the world in both technology and non-technology businesses and ventures.

Senior Vice President of Sales
Tim is a transformational sales and market development executive with over three decades of proven success and innovation in information technology across multiple industry verticals. He has significant expertise in strategic enterprise sales, including building high-performing teams and individually as a $1 Billion revenue producer. He joins OneMeta as Senior Vice President of Sales reporting to Saul Leal. He brings a unique background in client-oriented solution selling, having established and grown multiple F500 relationships in industries including banking, insurance, healthcare, and retail. His accomplished background encompasses sales leadership roles at IBM, CSC, CompuCom, and most recently Pomeroy, where he was Senior Vice President of Strategic Sales and Alliances. His ‘Team First’ mentality, sales leadership skills and significant individual contributor accomplishments make Tim the perfect match for OneMeta as we enter this exciting period of explosive growth.

Julio Aguirre
Head of Sales
Mr. Aguirre is a seasoned business development professional with over 20 years of domestic and international sales and sales leadership experience. In his business development roles, he has built and led teams of over 40 people and supported over 500 simultaneous channel partners across industries ranging from healthcare to media companies and from retailers to telecommunications firms. Mr. Aguirre received his bachelor’s degree in Sales, Merchandising, and Marketing Operations from Brigham Young University.
