The Azure data centers are among the most advanced in the world, providing reliable uptime for the OneMeta service.

WORKER SECURITY AND CONFIDENTIALITY

Our team of crowd workers is carefully selected, trained, and authorized to handle content that contains Personal Health Information (PHI) and Personally Identifiable Information (PII). We have workflows in place to ensure that data requiring HIPAA-compliant processes is kept separate from other data. This helps to ensure that our teams are always aware of the type of data they are working with. We require all team members to sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) and pass an entrance exam to demonstrate their proficiency in handling medical data before they can join our HIPAA-compliant work team. Additionally, upon request, workers attached to a specific project can provide attestations stating that they have maintained data confidentiality upon completion of the project.

DATA MAINTENANCE AND SUBMISSION PROCESS

As such, we employ a secure file transfer protocol (SFTP) platform that is tailored to meet the requirements of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). Access to this platform is restricted to essential personnel only, ensuring that data is maintained with the highest level of discretion. Upon completion of a project, we adhere to a policy of deleting all data relating to that project within 30 days, unless a request to the contrary is received.
